Ciprian SĂRARU is the Managing Partner of AVICS Legal, with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law, regulatory matters, banking, employment and data protection.
With over 25 years of professional experience, Ciprian has advised clients on a wide range of complex transactions and strategic legal matters, including corporate restructurings, regulatory projects, GDPR implementation, employment matters and banking-related transactions. His experience also includes providing ongoing legal assistance to real estate developers, investment funds and major retailers, both in relation to their day-to-day operations and in connection with complex commercial projects.
Ciprian is particularly valued for his strategic approach, strong commercial awareness and ability to translate complex legal and regulatory matters into clear, practical and business-oriented solutions. His multidisciplinary background allows him to understand legal issues within their broader commercial context and to provide clients with advice that is both legally robust and aligned with their business objectives.
Ciprian has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2008 and is fluent in English.
He holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht School of Management and an LLM in International Transactions from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. He also holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law of Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania.
Raluca – Alexandra CIURCANU is an Associate within AVICS Legal, specialized in commercial contracts, corporate and M&A, and employment law.
Throughout her 12 years of professional legal experience, she has advised on a broad range of commercial, real estate and corporate matters, with a particular focus on the transfer of ownership rights and lease agreements as well as due diligence in real estate transactions. Raluca started her career by gaining experience in banking services, where she has developed extensive industry-specific expertise.
Raluca has significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, advising companies on corporate governance and day-to-day corporate matters, as well as providing legal assistance in connection with M&A transactions and employment-related matters. She has been involved also in numerous real estate projects, providing legal assistance throughout all stages of property transactions, including comprehensive legal due diligence in connection with real estate acquisitions and transactional support on property deals.
Raluca is particularly appreciated for her strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to assess complex legal and commercial issues from a practical and business-oriented perspective, along with the a pragmatic and solution-driven approach enabling her to identify risks and provide clear, effective and commercially sound solutions.
Raluca has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019 and is fluent in English. She holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law within Bucharest University, Romania.
