Ciprian is the Managing Partner of AVICS Legal and he is specialized in corporate and business matters. In his over 20 years of professional experience, Ciprian has been involved in complex transactions in the corporate and regulatory, GDPR implementation, employment and banking sectors. He also has broad experience in assisting real estate developers and investment funds and advising major retailers.

Ciprian is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2008 and is fluent in English.

Ciprian holds an Executive MBA from the Maastricht School of Management and an LLM in International Transactions from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania. He holds an LLB degree from the Faculty of Law in Brasov, Transilvania University, Romania.
